Returns and Exchanges

Need to return your order and/or exchange? No problem. Visor Sports LLC does not charge any return or restocking fees. Fast and easy. Please include your order number located on the packing slip and a note instructing Visor Sports LLC whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you wish to do an exchange, please include the FLEYE Visor you would like in exchange. Allow 7 business days approximately for your return to be processed. Visor Sports LLC will provide a prepaid return label.

To get your return started, email us help@visorsports.com and provide the necessary information to compete your request.

45 Day Return Period

Returns must be requested within 45 days of the original order date. Returns requested within 45 days will qualify for a refund to the original payment method. Returns requested within 45 days will qualify for FLEYE Visor exchange. Returns requested after 45 days from purchase date will not be accepted.

Product Condition

Returned FLEYE Visor must be in it’s original condition. Visor Sports LLC will not accept for return any item that has been worn, scratched, broken, altered, or damaged by the customer. If a significant product defect occurs within the first 45 days of normal use, Visor Sports LLC may offer a refund or replacement for the FLEYE Visor.

U.S.A. Orders Only

Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for return. All sales are final for orders shipped outside the United States. Sorry, no returns for international orders.

Gift Returns and Exchanges

Visor Sports LLC can only accept returns of items ordered directly from visorsports.com or approved reseller listed on our website. FLEYE Visors purchased from other vendors cannot be returned to Visor Sports LLC.

Return Instructions

Include your original order number or a copy of your original packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, you can include a printed copy of your order confirmation email or receipt. Please also include a note indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like to make an exchange, include the FLEYE Visor. Allow 7 business days approximatey for your return to be processed.
